HOW SQUASHLAB WORKS
SquashLab includes loads of carefully selected professional free squash coaching videos that can be selected by you to assist with your squash technique to instantly improve your game – think of it as a “squash trouble-shooting guide”.
Structured squash coaching programs are 6 weeks long and are suitable for any level of age and any level of play. This includes starters to the game, beginners, intermediate, advanced players and squash coaches who would like to complement their coaching techniques with some insightful training videos.
These squash coaching programs include how to warm-up videos, LearnZone video lessons of hints and tips for your technique and play, lessons and drills for the week and how to warm-down videos.
For the players who wish to troubleshoot their game, we have just the thing for you, where we offer you Troubleshooting with Liz packages. You have the choice to view hundreds of our video’s for beginners, intermediate and advanced troubleshooting. We have filtered the video’s in the various levels for your viewing and easy access across the levels.
SquashLab Plans and Trial Period Explained
1. Overview of the SquashLab Subscription Plans on our Website
At SquashLab we offer different types of product subscriptions with specific pricing terms available for you to select. These are explained below:
- Free Trial which is valid for 7 days after which it will expire. The free trial period is included into ALL the SquashLab packages that are available on our website. When the 7 days are up, the free trial will expire, and the subscription package that you have purchased will commence.
The SquashLab product subscriptions we offer are:
- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level – 6 weeks structured coaching programs, including 6 weeks once off subscription fee.
- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level – Quarterly once off subscription fee which is valid for 3 months after which it will expire.
- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level – 6 Monthly once off subscription fee which is valid for 6 months after which it will expire.
- Troubleshooting with Liz once off subscriptions for either 1 month, or 3 months or 6 months for access to all the hundreds of coaching videos in the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level coaching programs.
2. Our Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel your subscription anytime. It is important to note that if you cancel the package that you have purchased within the 7 days free trial period, you will not be charged with the purchase of the package you have subscribed to. If you cancel after the 7 days of the free trial, you will be charged for the package that you have purchased. It is important to note that Firecracker Limited does not process refunds.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I log in?
Go to Log-In tab. Enter your username or email address and your password. Click Log In. You can also go to ‘My Account’ tab and login.
I have forgotten my password, how do I redeem it?
Go to “My Account” tab and click where it says, “Lost your password”. The system will prompt you to input your username or email address. “Press Reset Password”. The system will send you an email with Password Reset link to go an reset your password. Once you have reset your password the system will notify you that the password has been reset.
I want to change my password? How do I do this?
Go to “My Account” tab. Click on “Account Details”. You are able to change your password details here.
I want to change my credit card details / Add another credit card as payment. How do I this?
Go to “My Account” tab. Click on “Payment Method”s. Click on “Add Payment Method”. Enter your credit card details that you want to update and click on “Add Payment Method”. The system will notify you that the payment method has been successfully added.
Where do I go to view the coaching subscription content that I have just purchased?
You must be Logged into your account. Go to the “Members” tab and you will be presented with the coaching package that you have purchased.
Will I be charged after the Free Trial period expires?
Yes, you will be charged for the subscription after the Free trial expires.
Where do I go to check the coaching subscriptions I have purchased?
Go to “My Account” tab. Click on “Subscriptions”. The system will indicate to you the subscriptions that you have purchased.
How do the subscriptions work?
The subscriptions that we offer are ONCE OFF – they are paid for once and they do not renew. You will NOT be charged a recurring fee on your credit card. It will be a ONCE OFF charge for the subscription that will be taken off your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Please refer to Cancellation Policy under the tab “Payment Policy”. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to ‘My Account’ tab and select Subscription. Select the subscription that you want to CANCEL click VIEW. Click “Cancel”. The system will notify you that the subscription has been cancelled. You will not be able to access the content.

Can I put my coaching subscription ON HOLD?
Yes, you can SUSPEND or DEACTIVATE your coaching subscription if you want to. Go to “My Account” tab and click on ‘Subscriptions’. Click on “VIEW” against the subscription that you want to put on hold. Click on ‘SUSPEND’. The system will notify that your subscription is “ON HOLD” and you will not be able to access the contents until you REACTIVATE the subscription.
How do I REACTIVATE my subscription?
Yes, you are able to REACTIVATE your coaching subscription. Go to “My Account” tab and click on “Subscriptions”. Click on “VIEW” against the subscription that you want to REACTIVATE. Click on REACTIVATE. The system will notify that your subscription has been reactivated and you will be able to view the contents in the “Members” tab.
I have purchased more than 1 subscription and I want to access the new subscription that I have just purchased, but I cannot seem to see it in the Members section?
Go to “My Account” tab and select “Subscriptions”. The subscriptions that you have purchased will be displayed. Put the subscription that you do not want to access ON HOLD. Make sure that the subscription you want to access (the new subscription) has a status of ACTIVE. Go to the “Members” tab and you will be presented with the subscription that is ACTIVE.
